Principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our website and related services. Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we process your name, email address, and message content. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We use the data exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not deploy any analytics or advertising technologies. Only technically necessary, non-personal data is used for website operation. No consent banner is required.

Purposes & Legal Bases

Server log files: Ensuring stable operation and defence against attacks pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Contact requests: Processing your inquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Consent (privacy checkbox): Where you have ticked the privacy consent checkbox before submitting the contact form, processing is additionally based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Retention Periods

Server log files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

Contact form data is deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, and no later than 6 months thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Data Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally required to do so or you have given your explicit consent. No transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA take place. Our servers are located exclusively within the European Union.
